Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "sk77" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at https://sk77.io, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Platform" means the sk77 website, any related mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, sportsbook markets, and account management tools available therein.

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created and maintained on the sk77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on sk77 are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process sk77 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sk77 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the sk77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sk77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use an sk77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. sk77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will not knowingly permit any person under this age to register or gamble on the Platform.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of sk77 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had an sk77 Account suspended, closed, or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not registering for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers in a systematic or abusive manner.

Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one Account on the sk77 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. sk77 may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

sk77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Account Verification and KYC

sk77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. sk77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot confirming your bKash or Nagad account is registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds at sk77's discretion.

Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. sk77 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sk77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by sk77, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. sk77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and compliance with wagering requirements applicable to any bonus funds in your Account. sk77 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request on business days, though processing times may vary based on payment provider schedules.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the sk77 Account.
• sk77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player within a defined cancellation window as communicated in the Account dashboard.
• sk77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or Force Majeure events.

sk77 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to a Player's Account Balance in exceptional circumstances, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect transaction or where fraud is suspected. In such cases, sk77 will notify the affected Player promptly.

Bonuses and Promotions

sk77 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full using the bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

• Winnings generated from bonus funds exceeding any stated maximum bonus win cap will be removed from the Player's Account at the time of withdrawal processing.
• sk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that ongoing promotional obligations to Players who have already claimed the offer are honoured.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on sk77 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the product in question — whether sports betting, live casino, slots, Keno, or any other game format. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

sk77 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual games, including slots and Keno. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. sk77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Bets placed in error by the Player (including incorrect stake amounts or market selections) cannot be reversed after confirmation.

• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the records held on sk77's servers shall be considered definitive, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.

For sports betting, sk77 follows standard industry settlement rules. In-play betting is offered subject to data feed availability. sk77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction made to an sk77 Account via a payment provider dispute mechanism while simultaneously retaining winnings generated from the use of those funds.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening sk77 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the sk77 Platform without prior written authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sk77 Platform — including but not limited to the sk77 brand name, logo, trade marks, design elements, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of sk77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: sublicense, sell, or commercialise Platform content; scrape, crawl, or index Platform data by automated means; create derivative works based on sk77 content; or represent any association with the sk77 brand without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of sk77 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by sk77.

Privacy and Data Protection

The sk77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sk77 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any particular game for your individual purposes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sk77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Amendments to Terms

sk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects Player rights, bonus conditions, or withdrawal policies in a significant way — sk77 will provide reasonable advance notice by email to the address registered with your Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the sk77 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the procedure described in Section 3.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and sk77 concerning any aspect of these Terms, game outcomes, Account decisions, or payment transactions, the following escalation process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit a written complaint to [email protected], clearly describing the issue and including your Account username, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant transaction or game reference numbers. sk77 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with sk77's initial response, you may request escalation to a senior review. sk77 will complete the senior review within 10 business days of the escalation request.
3. Final Decision: If the dispute remains unresolved after the senior review, sk77 will issue a final written decision. This decision represents sk77's last position on the matter within the internal dispute resolution process.

Server logs, transaction records, and game history data held on sk77's systems shall be considered the authoritative record in the resolution of any dispute unless a clear technical error is demonstrated by the Player.
